My children play travel ball and we always used a big cooler on wheels. I got tired of having to drag a cooler and a sport utility wagon to get all our stuff around. I hated the cooler I had, if the plug on the bottom wasn't secured just right I had water in the back of my SUV. If you didn't clean it just right it smelled like mold. I got the NorChill cooler because it was soft and could be carried (or at least put in my wagon) and made one less thing for me to drag around (since my husband works weekends I usually had to lug everything myself, not easy to do). This cooler is amazing! It fits a lot of stuff, I pack enough food and water and Gatorade for the whole day since we're usually at the ballpark from morning to very late night and I hate concession stand food. It truly keeps everything very cold. The zipper is easy to open and close and you can tell its made to last, very durable. You can tell this cooler is made to last. Its easy to clean out and no more moldy smell! Even when its full of food and water and ice I can still carry it and it's a lot easier to fit in the back of my SUV, takes up less space than me previous cooler. I hate to admit that I have left it in my car overnight (who wants to clean their car out at midnight after a whole day at the ballpark) and the next afternoon its still full of ice and everything in it is still perfectly cold. It really does keep ice for a long time. I live in the south so I have tested it in 90 degree weather and it lives up to all my expectations and more. And not to mention it looks pretty sharp. I get compliments all the time and several other parents have bought this cooler after seeing how easy it is to carry around the ballpark. No complaints at all. Best cooler I've had and since its soft its stores away a lot easier, it folds flat and takes less space.
