I like the wrist gaiters, the hood fit over my helmet very well. I wish it had the sleeve pocket for my lift pass, and that the powder skirt was detachable, but all-in-all it kept me warm and dry in Mammoth during 20 degree conditions and the underarm vents helped big time when the temp reached 45 on the slopes and I started melting with the snow. I would definitely want a layer or two under the jacket if it were much colder than 20, but there is plenty of room for that. I am 6'1" @ 240 lbs (average body type) and I ordered the XL which leaves plenty of room for me, covers my backside when sitting in the snow, and is not so large to look ridiculous.
