This is ideal for long walks in the cold in 30 degree temperature. Its not bulky and all I wore was a thick sweater underneath. I highly recommend this productI am 5'2" and weigh 116 pounds. I usually wear a small. After going through the sizer on TNF's on website, I ordered a small as was recommended. Much to my dismay, everyone's reviews were correct. This jacket runs small. It was too small around my bust. So I returned it for a large thinking it might be large enough for me to wear sweaters underneath it. Wrong!! It was WAY too big, especially around the hips and the sleeves were too long. I returned it and ordered the medium. BAM! It arrived this morning and fit perfectly! Very attractive jacket. I LOVE it! I ordered it in white. Moral of story...order one size up.I followed the reviews and sized up to a large. I shouldn’t have. The jacket is true to size. I am 5’2” 126-127 pounds. A medium would be better. The large fits but it looks big even with a fleece jacket under it. Will probably order a size medium and still be able to put a fleece jacket under it. It’s a very well made jacket. Warm. It’s very loud and crunchy but that doesn’t bother me. I’m using it just to ski. It is bright white.I absolutely love this jacket! I am always cold and in the summer, even when it rains, I get chilled. This jacket is perfect for me cuz it has a liner and therefore keeps out the dampness when it rains. And yet, I think it can be worn in late winter or late fall for some. The only thing I wish it had was pockets on the inside and a zipper chest pocket. But for the money, it was a great buy.Not North Face I was attempting to replace. This jacket does not have Velcro around sleeves. Has very slim fit. Normally get medium to wear sweaters with for comfort fit. Even sized up but not what I was wantingLove this jacket! Perfect!! Light weight but still keeps me warm. The good is way too big, but that’s no biggie. I just fold it back. Perfect for keeping you dry. Literally can see water droplets just sitting on top of the jacket and not soaking in! Very happy with my purchase.I was looking for a waterproof, light and insulated jacket that does not break the budget. I think for the price of $77.50 this jacket satisfies all requirements perfectly. It's very comfortable, light and warm. I sized up based on other reviews, and it was a right decision. My normal Medium would fit, but not comfortably with couple layers underneath.Very comfortable, stylish and warm. I purchased purple and I love the color and fit. I am considering other colors as well.
