Fantastic boots. I bought two pair just in case I get the inside wet, somehow, I’ve got a spare dry pair. Winters in Chicago are harsh!I have been looking for great boots for 3 years now without having to pay too much. Finally found the Pajar Galaxia. It is great! It's kept my feet warm in mid-teen cold during a 15min daily walk-2 ways. In my old boots, my toes would start to get cold and numb within 15 minutes in mid-teens. The shoe part of the boot is very comfortable. I normally wear 6.5 in boots, but these were a little big. 6 probably would have been the right size. But I kept the 6.5, and they are just fine . It is nice to have a roomy boot. Walking in slightly big boots has not been a problem. The shaft is flexible and moves comfortably when I walk. Only issue is that it needed to be a little wider. I don't have big calves, yet I can't fully zip up after putting pant leg in the shaft. So I usually zip 1/3 of the way, and it is still very comfortable to walk around. It is supposed to be waterproof. I haven't tested that yet. I did spray extra suede sealant as a precaution; so we will see.Overall - great product at a reasonable price. (I do not give 5-stars easily.)Overall I love the boots until I noticed on the zipper side of both boots, the white marker is revealed. Whoever stitched the material on the boots missed the marked twice, if you look closely you can see the material is stretched by the previous removal of the stitch.I don't feel like they're the most stylish boot on the market but after having my previous Pajar boots stolen from my car on Christmas eve (Still bitter, the "Ina" model is the best boot they ever made) these are the next best ones I could find. They are surprisingly lightweight and don't have a clunky feeling when walking like many snow boots do. I would definitely size up 1 size though. Pajar boots in general run a bit small, occasionally you can find a true to size pair (The "Louisa" runs uncharacteristically large) but I'd say these are the smallest I've encountered after trying maybe 10-15 styles of their boots. I usually wear a 9.5-10 in shoes and took a 42 in these with a light - medium weight sock. I ordered in all three colors to compare and I fell in love with the navy ones. I would highly recommend these, but make sure to size up.These comfy warm boots saved my trip! I wore theses boots w/out breaking them in for 3 wks straight all through Switzerland. I agree w/other reviewers - definitely order a size up. I’m normally a 6.5 but after trying them on w/wool socks (the 6-6.5 fit but was snug) my toes were close to the boot tip. Plus, my feet tend to swell walking all day and night so I decided to go up a size and ordered the 7-7.5 (and I’m so glad I did). My toes had plenty of room and after walking for hrs whether in various rainy/snowy cities or trekking through snowy Mtn passes my feet never bothered me once and stayed completely dry. I had packed other shoes/boots for my trip but didn’t even need them cause these boots were so comfy and looked great w/any outfit (dressy or casual). Pajar sold me on their quality product and these are made in Italy.Overall I’m mostly pleased with my purchase (I’m glad I listened to previous reviews and ordered a size up!). My feet are so cozy and warm and the boot has been pretty protective so far. However, I’m bummed that I can only zip the zipper about 95% of the way up. And I don’t even necessarily have large calves.I bought for myself and gave away as a gift. Purchased a size 8 (my normal size) and couldn't get zipper all the way up. My daughter, however, loves them. she normally wears a 7, and these fit her very well. Not going to sugar coat, if you have muscular, larger calves, these may not work for you. She reports they are very comfortable for all day wear but hasn't worn them in the snow yet. They seem very grippy on the bottom so should be a nice, cute winter boot.Good quality (probably one of the few things left in the world not made in Chinaj as a knock off (made in Italy for a company in Canada). Fit is as expected, but if you wear thick socks get a half size bigger. The color is a deep navy blue, they are stylish for what they are (how stylish are snow boots in general?!) and I wear them on rainy days around town, etc. Totally recommend. BTW, I wanted them for Christmas, and they went on sale just after so I got them for myself. :o)wonderfully warm and comfortable. So far, I love them
