I was looking for a new boot that was as comfortable to have on my feet as Uggs, but that: 1) had a sleeker shape because I was sick of tripping in Uggs and 2) was slightly less warm than Uggs, bonus if they were cheaper- I wasn't loving spending $150+ for a plain boot. I love the Bogs brand so I gave these a try. LOVE them! They are cute, they are warm but not too warm, they fit great and they were only $70. I bought these first on Zappos with a bunch of other boots to try - but, they were $110 on Zappos AND the pair I got from Zappos was much wider. In fact, they flopped around on my foot so much I was bummed because I loved the style, but hated the fit. I checked for more options on Amazon and came across this same style for $70. liked them and they were much cheaper so I was willing to wear thicker socks and make it work. BUT, the pair that came from Amazon fit perfectly! Not nearly as wide, same exact sku number on the boxes. I really like these boots. The last pair of boots I purchased from this company lasted 9 years. I got these because the price was great. I really like these boots. Warm and comfortable. When I finally put them on I saw that part of the elastic at the top was defective. I fixed it with a small bit of black tape. These shoes are Awesome! I took them in 10-30 degree Fahrenheit with snow and ice and not once did my toes get cold! I got a half size bigger because I wasn't sure how these fit, so I wore with thick/fuzzy socks and the fit was perfect. They go about 6 inches above the ankle and have a strap that allows you to tighten the top/opening of the shoe to make a snug fit. Not bulky at all, didn't need any time to break them in. NOTE: They have a decent amount of grip at the bottom, but I was still slipping on ice at times. But overall, the shoes were very comfortable, warm, and stylish -- exactly what I was looking for!I wear a 9 1/2 and ordered the size 10 which is a little short in length. Ordering an 11 would have been too big. Hoping after use they'll have a little give.I saw these boots in a local store and loved them, this length was perfect for me to tuck under jeans or over jeans and slacks. The store did not have my size. The salesgirl, who was a friend of mine, recommended these for good Winter protection, down to -20 degrees, they are waterproof, and good traction. I had wanted something a bit dressier than my usual big Duckers. So as always I turned to amazon.com and found them, a bit more expensive than the local store but I wanted them. I bought them a bit large to have room for thick socks but even with regular socks they fit great, the traction is excellent and they look wonderful and you can easily clean them off with a damp paper towel. My left boot has an air bubble in it and it's very uncomfortable. I didn't notice until after I wore them outside in the snow. I don't know how to fix it! Otherwise, these boots are exactly what I wanted and they fit wonderfully, keep my feet warm and dry, and close tightly at the top.Ordered 1 size bigger. Usually wear a 9 but no room for a thicker sock and my toes came right to the ending the shoe. Added arch support from my beloved Ugg boots and now they are fine. They are warmToo big and too flat footed. I only had them on for a few minutes. Twice they are the same size as another pair of boots from the same company, they were like putting on your mom's boots when you're a kid. Plus they have no support or cushion in the soles. They look nice and if you have no back or feet issues and you can fins the right size, you may like them very much.
