Good quality, LIGHT! Thin 3M thinsulation - good! Need layers but good breathability. Nice loose fit (Medium for 190pounds 6.1ft fits well but on the tight side if you put few layers or back protector). Medium warmth. Overall good choice if you can find it on sale.
