So, if you need these in a couple days you should probably try to find them locally, but if there's no rush then Amazon is always the way to go. These did take a little while to ship, but when I first put them on the wait was totally worth it. I really like the way they look and the performance is off the charts. Warm, waterproof, extremely comfortable, and stylish...what's not to like? Also, for those that balked at the price, as I did, I would suggest putting them in one of your lists and checking on them a couple times a week. I waited for 5 months before they went almost 50% off.I had an existing grey set of these and they have been the most comfortable boot I have owned. I use these occasionally on my motorcycle and the gray is a soft suede material whereas the black boots are a rubberized canvas (?). This means that the gray boots are a little more comfortable around the ankle but the gray suede gets grungy fairly quick and is difficult to clean (granted, this is motorcycle/road grime and not your regular shoe dirt). The heavy use means I need to occasionally glue some of the seams back together on the suede boots but might have less of a problem with these black, rubberized versions.Amazing winter boots! i commute to work by bike and was looking for a warm waterproof winter boot for bike but also be casual enough to wear around. Was kind of hard figuring out the size but the closest shoe style I have is a pair of low top chuck taylor's in size 8 mens so went with that and the fit is spot on. I have flat wide feet, usually an EE in boots but these fit great no arch pain squeezing foot. the shoes have a very wide toe box about an inch wider than traditional chucks but not clunky by any means. Was down to 22 F today and with thin athletic socks even, feet were nice and warm but not sweaty. Love these boots so far and after running into some 2 inch deep puddles or so shoes were bone dry. The tongue is sewn to the upper up until about 2 inches from the top so should be ok if step in a deep enough puddle/ pants that go over have some DWR coating on them but wouldnt consider these in the same category as rubber shin height rain boots. Still, very pleased with these boots as my daily winter riding and casual boots, would buy again.Awesome looking. Very comfortable. Roomy for winter socks. All seams are sealed very well and durably.Boots are made of quality materials and with care. But when standing on concrete floor, it could not kepts feet warm. I have to put additional layer of thermal protection. Bought size 11 as usual and fits a bit large, but good for thick socks.I got the wrong size.... Until recently my go-tos were Converse All-Stars with the neoprene lining. They're comfortable and they look good, but my feet get hot wearing them indoors, and the grip on wet surfaces is terrible. Enter the Sorels. These are the perfect combination of style, function, and comfort! My feet are perfectly warm and dry, indoor or out. They fit as expected (length-wise the same as All-Stars), a little wider than a typical shoe, and they're not too bulky either. I'd definitely recommend them!Die Schuhe sind warm, bequem und sehen anfangs auch sehr gut aus.Leider bekommt das Leder ohne zutun nach ein paar Tagen Flecken die sich nicht mehr entfernen lassen. Die Flecken gehen vom Übergang zwischen dem Leder und dem schwarzen Gummi aus und dehnen sich immer weiter aus. Ich schätze dass hier die Naht mit etwas imprägniert wird dass bei Erwärmung flüssig wird und vom Leder aufgesaugt wird (Wachs?) . Dazu reicht anscheinend die Körperwärme + Heizung im Auto aus um die Schuhe dauerhaft ungepflegt wirken zu lassen (hatte sie bisher ca 5 mal an, das Ergebnis sieht man auf den Fotos). Ich kann daher vom Kauf der Schuhe nur abraten, ausser es ist einem egal dass es immer aussieht als hätte man sich gerade auf die ansonsten sauberen Schuhe gepinkelt
